98年4月6日遭台中銀行因懲處案解僱，時任職南投分行。
98年11月11日一審宣判：確認原告與被告間僱傭關係存在。
99年4月20日二審宣判：上訴駁回。第二審訴訟費用由上訴人負擔。
→99.5.19上訴人(台中銀行)提出民事上訴聲明狀。
→99.6.2上訴人(台中銀行)提出民事上訴理由狀。
→99.6.7上訴人(台中銀行)提出民事上訴補充理由狀。
→99.6.14被上訴人(劉俊良)向法律扶助基金會台中分會申請訴訟扶助，審核結果：顯無理由，不予扶助。
→99.6.25被上訴人(劉俊良)向法律扶助基金會提出覆議，結果准予全部扶助。
→99.6.30正式委任洪主雯律師
三審答辯狀-99.7.1
最高法院99年台上1327號民事裁定：上訴駁回，訴訟費用由上訴人負擔。
